Elondra's applications can run on many devices, and we are always trying to improve our technology framework BaseMovil to generate applications for new platforms.

BlackBerry

Elondra recommends BlackBerry devices over other manufacturer's, because BlackBerry devices provide much more functionality for business users, a better user experience due to simplified and uniform application signing, better integration with device functionalities (such as contacts, calendar, email, call log, gps, etc.), and of course BlackBerry unique and outstanding features such as enterprise class security, push or Web Signals.

SonyEricsson

SonyEricsson provides good devices for common day usage: small, powerful and inexpensive. BaseMovil applications work on almost any SonyEricsson phone from the K, W, or C series with numbering starting at 300. Though we recommend 500 and above numbering for performance.

Nokia

BaseMovil runs almost on any Nokia devices starting ad mid-range phones (Series 40 and Series 60). Of course, any Symbian S60 phone can be used.

Samsung

Standard Java and Symbian based Samsung phones can be used with BaseMovil, but please, check with us your concrete model for more information

Other manufacturers

BaseMovil applications should run on any phone equiped with Java (Java Micro Edtion) that complies with the JTWI 1.0 specification (MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.0). Most modern phones meet these standards, though storage capacity, speed and functionality can vary greatly among different manufacturers and models. We've successfully tested HTC Touch and Diamond devices, and some LG devices as well, for example. Please, check with us your concrete model for more information
